Jackson Randolph
Principal, Capital Market
Jackson Randolph is a Principal and Co-Founder of Randolph & Gibke Capital Advisors LLC, where he focuses on capital provider relationships, business development, and transaction execution.
Prior to co-founding Randolph & Gibke Capital Advisors, Jackson established and led capital markets teams at boutique brokerage firms Versal and Alpine Partners and served in acquisitions and development roles at Pagewood and 7C Equity Group. He was also previously a member of Newmark’s Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance team within the firm’s Multifamily Capital Markets platform.
Throughout his career, Jackson has participated in the financing, acquisition, or development of more than $4 billion of commercial real estate assets.
Jackson holds a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, skiing, scuba diving, photography, and distance running.
Blaine Gibke
Principal, Originations
Blaine Gibke is a Principal and Co-Founder of Randolph & Gibke Capital Advisors LLC, where he focuses on business development, capital provider relationships, and transaction execution.
Prior to co-founding Randolph & Gibke Capital Advisors, Blaine was a member of Newmark’s Debt, Equity, and Structured Finance team within the firm’s Multifamily Capital Markets platform based in the Dallas Office. He also held roles in corporate finance at Fidelity Investments as well as entrepreneurial roles in the hospitality industry.
Throughout his career, Blaine has participated in the financing, acquisition, or development of more than $1.5 billion of commercial real estate assets.
Blaine holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, golf, tennis, trying new restaurants, and collecting art.
